Enhancements
- The usage time for microrests can now be set to 3 minutes, the previous minimum was 5 minutes. This new value was added particularly to help with repetitive strain injury cases.
Downloading and Installing
System Requirements
- Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Vista
- 64Mb memory.
- 25Mb free disk space.
Downloading ScreenRest
We recommend that you always run the latest version of ScreenRest. Please check the ScreenRest Download page for the latest version available.
Installing ScreenRest
Installing ScreenRest will overwrite your existing installation of ScreenRest. You will not lose your preferences or license file.
Removing ScreenRest
You can remove ScreenRest through the Start Menu using Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs.
Removing ScreenRest does not remove your preferences or license file. These can be found in the directory:
Documents and Settings\<UserName>\Application Data\ScreenRest
